How long does my order take to ship?
Orders typically get shipped the Friday after the order is placed ( sometimes sooner). Once the shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking information. If for some reason you don’t get the tracking email please email me directly at MrsMillersSoapWorks@gmail.com . We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we ship the item(s) it is then in the hands of USPS. Please make sure your delivery address is a secure location. If you need signature confirmation or insurance on your package please let me know immediately after placing your order, additional fees may be required.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
What is your return policy?
Because of the personal nature of what I sell, I do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason please reach out to me directly and I will do my best to make it right.
